What's the difference between a pilgrimage and a religious tour?

A pilgrimage is primarily a spiritual journey with an interior dimension of transformation, while a tour focuses on sightseeing. We combine both, but the emphasis is always on spiritual experience.

What is The Camino?

The Camino de Santiago is the most important pilgrimage in the history of Christianity. Since the Middle Ages, millions of pilgrims have come to venerate the remains of Saint James, one of Jesus' most important disciples. Today, the Camino continues to maintain its original essence. It provides ideal conditions for experiencing a true pilgrim spirit in the 21st century.

Can we make changes to the itinerary?

Of course! We want it to be your Camino. We will adapt and do everything possible to accommodate your suggestions and needs.

What fitness level do I need?

Don't worry about that. We'll walk about 20 km per day with breaks. People of all ages take The Camino and many of them without any preparation.

What should I pack?

We'll provide a detailed packing list, but essentials include: comfortable walking shoes (broken in!), light backpack, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, and personal items. Remember: pack light!

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, we require all pilgrims to have travel and medical insurance. We can recommend providers if needed.

Where do we stay?

It depends on your group's needs, requirements, and budget (remember, we adapt to everything). Usually, we stay in comfortable accommodations including small hotels, guest houses and private pilgrim hostels. Single rooms available for additional cost.

What about meals?

Breakfast and dinner are included daily. Lunch is on your own, allowing flexibility during walking days. If you wish, we can provide you with a daily picnic bag for a small additional fee.

How is luggage handled?

That depends on whether you want to carry your backpack between stages. Some pilgrims prefer to do a more traditional Camino and carry their backpack with them. Other pilgrims prefer to walk without the weight of a backpack. In that case your main luggage is transported between accommodations. You only carry a small daypack while walking.

What if I can't walk a certain day?

No problem! We have support vehicles available if you need to skip a walking section. The pilgrimage is about your journey, not proving anything.

Will there be daily Mass?

Yes, every day we offer the option of attending Mass freely, including the famous Pilgrim's Mass at Santiago Cathedral.

Can we go with a priest?

Of course! In fact, that would be the best option. He will provide spiritual guidance for the pilgrimage and will be able to celebrate the holy sacraments in your language. (We have already spoken to the local churches so that they will let us use their facilities).

We keep groups small — typically 8-15 pilgrims — to foster authentic community and allow personalized attention. If your group is larger or smaller, that's no problem. We will try to adapt as much as possible to ensure you have a great experience.

Round-trip flights, all accommodations, breakfast and dinner daily, some meals, local transportation, luggage transfer, professional guide, entrance fees, pre-pilgrimage preparation sessions, activities, airport transfers, accreditations, certifications and ongoing support.

What's the cancellation policy?

It depends on the timing (and whether we have already processed your reservation with accommodations, airlines, etc.).
